this is my laptop, it have i5 1035G1 and can run up to 3.6 ghz but idk how to enable that i tried everything just to see it run on its full core speed , unlike my old laptop which can run upto 2.6 ghz  which have base core clock speed of just 1.1 , this laptop also have that 1.1ghz base speed but idk how to boost it up 3.6

There is no load on the CPU... why would it be boosting?

There is absolutely no need for your laptop to be boosting without a load... it wastes energy, shortens battery life and produces heat.
I am yet to see your 1st laptop with a load on it, does it boost then? If it does, then there is nothing to fix.

both  the laptops usually lags in most of the general but boosting the cores helped me fix that issue in 2nd laptop, most of the time i use my laptop plugged, and these processor dont heat that much eve in full load , what is the fastest way load up my second laptop so i can take ss of it and post it here just in case it doesnt gets to 3.6 which is what i want
