No wifi calling

I have a samsung a14 5g. I swapped from AT&T to Verizon and now the wifi calling setting no longer exists on my phone and the AT&T apps are still on my phone and can't be removed. Are there any fixes, or should I go to the Verizon store and let them fix it?

Do you have an unlocked device or an AT&T model?

 

Since you can't remove the apps I am guessing its AT&T locked.

It was a insured replacement do to water damage, but I don't think it's locked.

It's not locked and the Verizon store couldn't do anything.

That phone has a bunch of different models according to GSMarena. Perhaps it lacks certain hardware support for wifi calling on Verizon.

 

Does it work with VoLTE on Verizon?
