So long story short my dad asked me to come over because he has some problems whit his laptop randomly crashing, so I thought he downloaded a virus or a script or something and it would make the OS shut down.

I tried to reinstall windows but it kept crashing even in the installation process, I tried changing the HDD thinking it's a faulty HDD, but it kept crashing. I also checked and it does get power constantly and has no power loss (The only check I could do is with the blinking power LED next to the charging port ) It's an acer aspire I don't know the exact model ( Ryzen 2700U , 8GB DDR4, Vega integrated GPU ). Maybe it's about the integrated gpu? Do you have any tips?

Thank you!

Try run Memtest+

Blinking power LED probably mean the main battery is dead.
