here's the thing I'm upgrading from a i3 8100 to a ryzen 5 5600x but my system ssd was formatted to work with the Optane software and and when is set to any other thing it doesn't boot in the intel system so i would like to know if there's a way to clone my drive without all the drivers and the intel crap so i dont have to reinstall all the programs that i have when i finally upgrade my pc

jumping boards isn;t a windows feature at all

it's possible , and works fine sometimes , but it in no way HAS to work nor is it expected to. many times the os performs much worse with leftover driver remnants from a previous build. reinstall windows and do it correctly.
