Wifi bugging out on computer

No clue what happened, but my wifi on my computer has just started breaking out of nowhere. It randomly will disconnect, or have high ping, etc. The reason i’m making this post is cause i tried it on my laptop and the internet there worked just fine, so im estimating it’s a computer issue. A couple months back i did hit the antennas on the wifi thing on the back of the motherboard a little hard, so that (might) be why.
