Just upgraded my pc with new gpu, cpu and psu. Specs below. No OC

Installed the components and everything seems fine. Drivers are up to date and games run great with no issues. The problem is that the cpu runs very hot (constantly at 90 degrees) when playing and there is a buzzing/whining sound coming from the gpu. I'm thinking this is coil whine as I have read that this is common among high perfomance gpu's and it might go away after a while. Please correct me if i'm wrong on that. But the main thing is the cpu temp and I feel like I can't play before this is fixed because it will damage the cpu. How do I lower this to a healthy level? Any recommendations would be appreciated:)

The AMD Wraith Stealth is not sufficient for the 5800X. The 5800X doesn't even come with a stock cooler due to the amount of heat it produces. I would advice you to buy the Peerless Assassin SE 120, that will solve all your problems 🙂
CoilWhine from GPU's are very common and not dangerous in any way and does not affect the lifespan of the product.
Its annoying, thats about it. Its just power going through transistors vibrating the coils inside.

Nice upgrades though! Sick gaming machine you got there, just needs a better CPU cooeler and you are good to go bud.

Pretty much, although coil whine comes from the coils in the inductors, transistors are solid state and make no noise

It will not damage the CPU, if the temps comes close to unsafe, it will slow down. If the temps come very close to unsafe, it will shut itself down.

Now, the main issue here is the cooler, stock coolers aren't really meant for Ryzen 7 CPUs, if it was 5600X, stock coolers would do just fine.

But this is 5800X, you'd want a decent aftermarket cooler to cool it.

Occassionaly visits the forum when I have nothing to do at work.
