GPU throttling, low FPS

Hello!

I just bought an MSI Bravo 15 C7VF and when I launch a game, the fps are running fine till a point where the fps drops drastically to like 30 or so. I've set the .exe files of the games to start in the discrete GPU (RTX 4060), I've buffed fan speed up and little to no help. I've set Discrete Graphics Mode in MSI DragonCenter, I've set performance modes in AMD Adrenalin and in WIndows. What is happening, should I get a refund?

it could be an overheating issue. what are your temps?
