Bluetooth Headphone Issues

Chabek33

Hello there, I'm gonna start off by saying that I've been using windows 11 ever since it came out, but I have an issue which Ijust cannot find a solution to, I've seen a few other people posting about it. So I use bluetooth headphones that dont have a software like steelseries or razer, they use the windows 11 bluetooth driver. I have a small tp-link bluetooth dongle as my motherboard doesnt have bluetooth support. The headphones stop emitting any sound when I open any game. It seems that the bluetooth driver crashes and I cant find any way to fix it. Other bluetooth headphones like the steelseries arctis 7 worked fine (I'm guessing it's because it had a 3rd party driver). The headphones worked fine on every other device I used them on, they worked fine, those devices were a windows 10 laptop, windows 10 desktop, samsunsg s10 phone with android 9. This specific issue only appears on windows 11 for me. The headphones are : Roxel H550 BT

Here is the post I referenced witha  similar/exact same issue

i used to have a random usb bluetooth dongle and switching the dongle to the rear motherboard ports fixed all the issues i had trying to connect my tablet via bluetooth... i used to have it plugged into front port to have it closer, but it kept disconnecting and having issues, after someone said to switch to motherboard port i reinstalled drivers and it magically works... like last year no problems at all
