No Display

Guys I need help my pc was running normally and it just crashed now I boot it and I isn't giving me display the pc was build a week ago now it isn't I can run it trough motherboard but whenever I plug in the 4090 it lights up but it dosnt do anything else no light on the mbo

So it runs when you take the 4090 out? Do you have any other graphics cards to try it with?

Works with the 3090 just fine so the other one is just bricked

Can you RMA the 4090? Also what is your power supply
