Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: my main computer as well as hosting a modded minecaft server for 5 people max, storage server  8tb (raid 1) and plex server it should be able to do all this

This would be about a 130 bucks over your budget but you can cut down the 13700K to a 13600KF if you want to lower it. You can also drop the Sata SSD and leave it for when you have the extra budget for it.

This is $100 over too, according to the currency converter and a lesser spec, but the best I could manage. I'm not sure why, maybe Amazon.in is expensive?

I dont really need a 4070 a 2060 or 3060 would do fine
