Cant enable resizable bar

I've tried many times to enable resizable bar on an ASRock B550 Pro4 and I don't really know why it doesn't work. I have CSM disabled, 4G encoding on, and resizable bar enabled but still says its off in NVIDIA control panel. I have an ASUS TUF 3070 and trying to update the VBIOS it says it doesn't need any updates. Cant seem to find anything specifically online so I'm lost at this point.

What CPU do you have? I remember when I had a Ryzen 2700x it wasn't compatible.

intel needs to be 10th gen or higher.

I have a 5600x so it shouldn't be a problem

By chance does ASRock have software like EVGA Precision or maybe that will still work?   I actually have to enable mine again because of the last time i updated the BIOS the other day.

Have you checked with the Nvidia and the manufacturer of the card, maybe there is a VBIOS update required?
