Where do I plug this in??

Not for argb no. There should've been a female connector for the argb connector that was plugged into that which you need to put into your mobo for it to work. If you don't want/need rgb then don't plug in the female connector as it won't stop you from turning on the pc

That is just a holder so the insides of the rgb 4 pin connector don't get dirty or damaged
