Keeps crashing without bleuscreen

Hey, apparently a friend his pc keeps crashing without any crash report in the event viewer that looks threatening and he doesn´t get any bleuscreens and only freezes we just now added some new cooling and it has no heat problems att all we checked if the storage has a problem but it has no problem than we tryed to look for the RAM and it also can not find anything their. We only tried the windows issue fixes and nothing like memtest86, we checked if maybe his storage is getting to hot but everything seems normal but it keeps crashing without a crashreport you only see that the time it crashed that they are missing and before the last crash we had 1 error code and that was RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 it has no overclock on it and no boostclock enabled.

GPU: MSI rtx 3090 suprimx

RAM: vengeance 2x16gb 3200Mhz

MTB: ASUS TUF GAMING X570

PSU: all i know is gigabyte 850watt don´t know what rated

STORAGE: 1TB M.2

FANS: Lian li SL120 infinity

Operating on windows 11

Monitor:odyssey g9 neo + 2x27INCH

Download CrystalDiskInfo and screenshot it with the OS drive chosen. Post that screenshot here.
