I was trying to see my boot device from my bios. I looked up my motherboard manual and it says to press the Delete key to enter the bios. When I was spamming the delete key it booted into windows anyways. I tried doing the CMD /r /t /o /f thing to shut it down and boot into the bios from there. It did not work. I also tried f2, f10 and f12 with no success to booting to bios. But it boots to windows all fine and dandy. There anything more I can try?

did you try entering the bios via the recovery menu? you can access this by shift-clicking restart. from there you can enter your bios
you can look it up on google how to enter the windows recovery menu

Tried that earlier. Did not work. I just now tried clearing the cmos doing the pins at the CLR_CMOS area. Now I have an error light on the boot

unplugg your powercable, or flip the switch on your psu.  altho it shouldn't damage your system.. when power is off you short the two pins for ca 10 second.

Trying a new thing where I unplugged my hard drive (that has the OS on it) and turning the computer on to force it to boot to bios. nothing so far after A minute or so.

you have windows 11 installed or win 10 still? .

boot usually lights up when it has an issue with no registred boot partition or the boot drive isn't working for some reason..

after you disconnected it you can try to reset bios again and see if you get into it.

windows 11. I dont really know why there would be an issue with the boot drive, considering i can boot to windows just fine. I removed my ssd as well in my 2nd attempt so now im booting with no storage to see if that changes anything. if not ill clear cmos and try again.
