Do you have more than one drive show up, you'd need to have more than one drive installed. You don't specify your storage setup at all, so I have to ask, do you have multiple drives connected to your system? What are those drives, and how are they connected?

I have two SSDs a Samsung 860 Evo 500GB

and a Western Digital SA150 500GB they are connected to my motherboard using SATA and both showed up when I completed the upgrade because I started to install Starfield to the D drive or the Western Digital one and the Samsung one still shows up.

Have you checked to make sure both drives are still seen in the BIOS? If not, double-check the cable connections.

What do you mean back connections? Are these not connected to the internal SATA ports of your board?

if it's not in the bios.. it either is plain dead..

OR

a loose connection on the mainboard side if they are seated properly at the drive side.

OR the same goes for power cable at the PSU side.
