Rendering focused build

Country: Brazil

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3D rendering (V-Ray and SketchUp), no games [other 3D software may be used on the future]

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

 

The plan is to have the PC built by October 10th
The current target amount of monitors is 1

Theme: Simple, discrete and not really loud
I'm looking only for the main PC as of now, no peripherals
The goal is to use the build for about 4-6 years, possibly more
Upgradability is appreciated, altho not a major point

The plan is to use it, currently it is rendering on CPU as the GPU is somehow slower

I don't understand the site linked. Sometimes it lists BRL prices and sometimes R$ prices.
