Pc problem ( cpu light and no display)

I have very strange thing with my pc. Sometimes when booting my pc fans spins, light are on but motherboard shows cpu problem ( red light ) and I have no display. It happens sometimes 3-4 times a day after booting pc and sometimes after a week or two. Restarting pc with a button always helps and pc is running without any problems. I tried to update motherboard bios but it didn't help. Cpu nor gpu isn't oc and temps are better then good (cpu in stress 45*C , gpu in stress 65*C in iddle both around 35) i tried using my old gtx 970 but its still happens. Any ideas why this is a thing ?
My pc specs:
Ryzen 5 5500 (cooler - be quiet dark rock 2)
b450 aorus elite
corsair vengence 16gb 3200mhz (dual chanel)
gigabyte rtx 4060

be quiet pure power 12M 850w ( i know its overkill but i want to have spare room for upgrades)
1x 512gb m.2 samsung 980
1x 250gb ssd goodram

The CPU light is normally when there is a CPU fault. So, checking if your CPU is correctly seated is a first step. Be cautious to be gentle with the cooler removal because you can easily yank the CPU out of the socket is you just pull on the cooler.

As for other possibilities. It can be a PSU issue. So testing with another PSU may be useful. The motherboard may be a suspect but it is hard to diagnose. Also, you can try changing the CMOS battery. it doesn't happen often, but since a CR2032 costs almost nothing, it is an easy solution to try.

Good luck !
