nvlddmkm help

hey yall hope you guys are having a great day

so i have an issue with my 4070 laptop gpu where my game would just crash and it would fully blackscreen for like 10 seconds

after checking event viewer i saw multiple events with event id 0

"nvlddmkm was not found"

reinstalling windows and ddu didnt fix it and someone said it might be failing gpu hardware (which i refuse to believe cuz the laptop is brand new)

i have a long history of failing hardware and i have 1 day left to return it

my mom is getting annoyed bc i keep returning stuff

i had this issue with an old 10700k system i had to disable the IGPU for it to stop saying that the GPU was not fully loading and the IGPU was taking primary power

 

if you can set a bios priority try something other than igpu...
