ntdll.dll System32

Go to solution Solved by Jogaser,

@ItTakes2ToMango
It was indeed the processor after the 30day from RMA passed i recieved a new one and, installed it and everything worked seemless.

It seemed like the old processor was with some sort of malfunction which ended up corrupting windows files and not properly opening games, even though it passed the benchmarks without effort.

So now everything is solved.

UPDATE:
Reinstalled and done all the procedures sugested game wont open still i think its related to this
Windows Event id 56 APCI 2

Good Morning Everyone sorry for the incovinience but i really need some help:
System:
MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X 16G GDDR6 DLSS3
Intel Core i9-13900K 24-Core 2.2GHz c/ Turbo 5.8GHz 36MB Skt1700
ATX Gigabyte Z790 UD AX
RAM G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MHz CL40
SSD M.2 2280 WD_Green SN350 2TB QLC NAND NVMe PCIe Gen 3.0x4

Problem:

Every time i run in this case hogwarts legacy but i've tried other games, i end up getting OUT OF VIDEO MEMORY ERROR. i go to event viewer and i notice theres a problem in module NTDLL.DLL.

I've Installed windows with media creation tool, online image by resetting pc and even with Rufus.
The problem persists everytime i do an instalation, install the game run it and puff crashes duo to the error.
It happens with almost every new game, the only things im able to play is valorant and league of legends, and i dont want to be limited.

I have done multiple procedures that i find online including windows SFC scans , regedits , DISM command etc.
I have ran antivirus software to verify that its not malware.
And honestly im desperate my PC is very important to me, i dont have enough components to be testing around, i've made this investment.

Thank you Guys and i Hope this post comes you well and you can help me.

PSU?

I'm assuming latest chipset and nVidia drivers are already installed...

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

If you're really kind, you'll nicely point that out so I will learn more about write in good English.  🙂

And sorry didnt answer the driver question, yes they are even did clean install process as well as a recent install
Where i used ccleaner pro trial to install drivers instead of gigabyte controll center, i also had to use the intel chip step installer because it didnt fetch everything but device manager ended up seemless

PSU seems fine and powerful enough. Of course, I cannot diagnose that.

Personally i don't consider... interesting CCleaner in any way, and for installing drivers i go on website of the producer of the device/the chip for finding the latest drivers.

So realtek for lan card, Gigabyte for sound card, intel for WLAN (or realtek depending on release), intel for chipset, nvidia from graphics card.

The only small hiccup, IMVHO, is... WD Green SSD. Not  the best choice for this setup, however... Shoud not make you gone mad while using your computer.

I've done the casual way with the manufacturer product driver and via the gigabyte control center, but nothing seems to help

Go into your BIOS - look for "C-States" and disable, at the same time you should enable "Power Loading". Not sure where they are in the BIOS but they are both common options in Gigabyte motherboards

Then reboot and try again

props to Yoruyonaka_ for this potential solution

As the rig is brand new i dont have any spare parts for example ddr5 memories or other processor therefore i think the best option will be to leave it in a repair shop, ill keep you updated with the news, my friend works there and he is just coming from vacations so i entrust him to figure out the problem.
Obivously ill pay the diagnostic fee but its a small price to fix my Baby Pc

I have a question for you, they tested every component and ended up concluding it was the cpu
It passes benchmarks but then in game it starts not working.
If they run another of the same cpu it works fine

Honestly - I can't make heads or tails of that. Your issues were not very consistent with typical CPU problems. Glad you got it figured out though
