NEED HELP GUYS PLEASE

so i accidentally remove the administrator role from my acc on my laptop and i couldn't do anything, because everytime i run an app as an administrator it requires my fingerprint but unfortunately my fingerprint sensor doesn't work after the windows update. I try to update my fingerprint sensor but yeah once again it requires my fingerprint to update it on device manager. can anyone help me please

If finger print doesn't work then it should fall back to Pin/Password.

it should, but the pin or password bar didn't appear on the screen it still showing me a finger print requirements

When windows asks for the fingerprint is there an option in the bottom left of the window for more options?

Hmm and have you tried removing the fingerprint or resetting it in settings?

I forgot that i had another issue, i couldn't remove or edit my fingerprint aswell

Honestly I'm at a loss on that one and it seems like the pin also isn't available, honestly you may have to do a whole reset, and if it won't allow you then you may have to do a reset with a windows USB installer and start from scratch. I mean of course back up all your stuff first but with all that it looks like you're completely locked out especially if you removed the administrator role and there isn't another admin account. I did that forever ago on windows XP and had to do the same.

Try sign out and then sign in your M$ account. Or check if you signed in with more than one M$ account.
