Should come for free with CPU if sold together as original. If buying separate, better buy a normal tower cooler for the same price than a downdraft one. Same price but better than if you have to BUY the included fan again. Here is Another one.

Have a look at 1660 series. Should play a bit better. 1660, 1660TI and 1660 Super. They go for £40-£100 on auctions. Might be worth for you to fight out some bets over the space of a few weeks.

You can always buy something cheaper straight away but I strongly recommend bidding. A goldmine. All you do is find a 1660 you like, put the max you're willing to pay, lets say £70 and then you wait till the timer runs out. You either win at a price >£70 or you don't. Money never left your account in the first place.

Have a look at this goldmine. if you're lucky you could snag This combo for super cheap.

Looking at the pheripherals you need and  minecraft, you have literally no money to play with. All for like £50. In the meanwhile get the Nokia phone of the keyboard world, K120 until you can upgrade again. All membranes are the same and this one can survive a nuclear blast. It'll last you at least.

Again, auctions are your only answer. Sit and only snipe deals. Found this AOC offer.

yea oh and i do not have the money yet im selling something to get the money for it so i could get a bigger budget im not sure

So if this is an endeavor that will take you a long period of time buying parts, more reason for you to sit and grab great auctions. Not only are there many variations on the used market for what parts to buy, many even sell combos, some used PC's.

Could buy a used PC, buy a GPU separate, here is another one. Could always grab a combo and fill in the gaps that are missing(this one's over budget but you get the idea).

Again, time is on your side so over a period of time so find great auctions and you'll save yourself a ton of money. Stay vigilant for all listings and read the details. Chances of buying a dud are low and even if you do, it'll be only a minor setback and not a game over.
