Quest 2 wifi problems

I was able to use my quest 2 perfectly for 3 hours and suddenly in the middle of a youtube video it lost internet and couldn't find one internet connection and bluethooth didn't work either. I had rebooted the router and done the quest 2 factory reset but now I am stuck in setup since it doesn't find one connection when I set up search for wifi (I tried some hotspots too). My phone is still in a  way connected to the VR since it can see the battery charge in real time. I've gone completely mental trying to find the reason why this is happening . It lookds like I am the only one with this kind of problem

I had the same exact problem last night while playing WoW.  Couldn't get the internet to work for several hours.  Turns out the internet had gone out and the problem was not with my system.

I still can't connect and it's only the headset that doesn't find any wifi connections
