A low-end GPU and a barely mid-range CPU in a 2017 game that has been severely updated, on the Unreal Engine 4, on the newest map remaster... Adjust your expectations. Or upgrade. Also, PUBG isn't meant to be run on Ultra, it's a competitive game, just run it on very low with Anti-Aliasing on High and textures on High or Ultra. 90% the graphics fidelity, 90% the performance of everything on ultra low.
