You can use the one that comes with it, the Wraith Stealth, if you have decent case cooling. I use it on the 5600 in my server.

 

If not, a Peerless Assassin is a very solid one.  Looks to be under 100 AUD, I wouldn't go any higher than that.

Any 120mm single tower cooler or better will work fine for that. Not in Oz so don’t know availability and pricing - look around. You shouldn’t have to spend more than 50 Aussie bucks.

 

Edit: cooler master hyper 212 seems to be available and would be a good match for the cpu.
