Thank you for helping me before I've now picked parts for my new desktop PC and now I want you guys to give tips on how to improve the build

here's my build which is a Frankenstein of what you guys send me and friends recommended to me. Please help me to improve on my build if I have bottlenecks or oversights.

I should mention that I need a monitor/screen and a Microsoft license too. Which give or take raises the "max budget" to 2.1k

The whole setup looks great but id swap for a 4070 t (imo), but for this good of a computer you say you're gonna get a cheap monitor, but personally i would spend less on the computer and more on the monitor, (just for 1440p 75 hertz) smth like that.
