Haelp! Could not create the Java Virtual Machine?

I get this error when I try to open minecraft:

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine

Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit.

 

I looked up the error, and did the Java variables in my system environment variables. HAELP!

I actually just reinstalled it then this error starting happening, I'll do it again though, thanks.

Ok, just reinstalled and it's still happening, and whenever I even try to edit Java it does it again... I'm gonna uninstall restart computer and install...

You really are supposed to uninstall, restart, install, and then restart again.
