this is for me in which i have 2 of the laptops i bought a few years ago i have done driver updates and stuff but can not find a bios that works for this laptop gateway doesnt do drivers and that anymore for these laptops they are getting through acer and their parent company... because its through acers parent company they tell you they cant help you at all atleast on their forums... so i know the laptop is a tongfang rebrand but dunno which one and i cant seem to find anywhere to find out with out scrolling through tongfang laptops and hope to find the same one though i did find how to get newer drivers for the system because of the intel website that will tell you all you need to know about the drivers but no infor on the mobo.... finaly found bl.9esag.311 as the gateway serial number but search that get nothing cause the site dont wanna load anything that is not specific to what they posted it seems... i added a picture of the system info but cant seem to find the mobo sn number ohh great cause you cant they erased it from system info used wmic in powershell it show no serial number... so my next thing now that i can upgrade the ram in this laptop i am hoping to find the sn# there and keep looikng.... i thought if anyone else needed help this might help them and if i find an answer i will post it... but i really wanna do a bios update...
