So from the last time I post about this, I have give up hope for fixing my HDD so I try the dark art of removing the case itself to sneak a peak in the internal disk and readwrite head. Im using a docking station to power it up and connected to my computer like an external HDD. What I found out is this, when I start plug it in the disk start spinning, and the read write header move towaed the disk to start reading it. On my computer a beep sound indicating new device founded can be heard. But after that the disks stop spinning, and the read write head move back to rest position, and nothing appear on my computer. Theres still power coming to the HDD because I can feel the little shock if I touch the back of the HDD, and the light indicator on the docking station still light up. So any idea what happen to my HDD and how can I fix it?
