I want to Upgrade my CPU but i m a bit down on the budget

Can someone just tell me the best motherboard,processor,RAM and Graphic Card in $500

 

where are you located so we know the prices

I m currently in India 

 

And my current specs are Core 2 duo,2 sticks of 2GB Ram,Some old motherboard and a NVIDIA geforce 9500GT 1GB VRAM

And its all DDR2

 

what about power supply? also any preference to motherboard size? any preference in shops you would want to shop at?

I hv a different budget for power supply and other stuff

the motherboard size that i want is a micro-atx with 4 RAM slots

Any shop will do as far as it would fit in my budget 

All i want is the best motherboard,processor,RAM and Graphic Card in $500 (Rs 25000-30000)
