Budget (including currency): I have a budget of $470 USD, and although I would generally prefer to stay under that budget, there is some leniency up to $500.

Country: The United States Of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Red Dead Redemption 2, Spider-Man Remastered, Hogwarts Legacy, and Cyberpunk 2077 in high-ultra settings around 60-ish+ fps

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I don't have any need for any other peripherals, and will be playing on a 1080p 75hz monitor. I'm OK with used parts, but don't have any experience with eBay and haven't built a PC before. Gaming is the only intensive thing I'll be doing on my PC.

The only used part is the 5700 XT, and the price is set manually for the power supply since it's available on Amazon but not showing on PCPartPicker.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/305037582192?

This is the 5700 XT listing I'm interested in, and I just want to make sure it's not a scam and it works fine

Very small changes

The apevia will kill your system its really really really bad

The case has terrible airflow. It looks good but it really isn't

The focus g is a older case but actually good and no need for extra fans

The b450 ds3h is a very bad motherboard but also you can't really get much better. Keep in mind that a 6 core is as far as this goes before the vrms cant take it

I'd really spend the last 20 and get the b550 ds3h so you can actually get a somewhat decent cpu upgrade in the future.

You might aslo want a tube of thermal paste if that gpu overheats because that flat out looks and probably is a miner card.

I’ll make the upgrade to the B550 motherboard.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/394667034005?

Would this be better than the other GPU? It accepts returns within sixty days, has potions reviews, and has only been used for one month, but it seems too low-priced compared to most used 5700 XTs and I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing.

And please take the other changes too. That psu is going to kill the system as well as the case is bad airflow wise and no fans fix it.

As for the card listed these are all ex miner cards so basically do whatever just use paypal in case they don't work too well. 95 for a 5700xt is a steal
