modular psu question?? please

my gtx 670 has 2x6holes 12v rail connector

and my psu has 2x6holes 12v rail ports for 12v cables

and the cables themselves each have 2x6holes 12v rail inputs.

so my question is this. should i use both ports on the psu to connect 2 cables or use 1 port and connect a single cable with 2 inputs of 12v rail connectors.

sorry. i tried to explain as best as i could.

I would have thought you'd be fine with the single cable, but don't quote me on that.

Doesn't the thermaltake have daisy chained PCI-e cables? One 8 pin for the psu, one 8 pin and a 6+2 connector on the gpu end?

what I'm asking is this. am i going to benefit from saturating both pci-e ports on the psu. or using one cable would give me the same power capacity as using 2 ports.

I'd only bother with one cable for a 670, doubt there would be any benefit to using two.
