My pc won't download anything faster than 17mbps but my laptop casually downloads things at 400mbps I have tried to google fixes and nothing has helped, I have even downloaded the latest drivers manually and checked every setting I could, It doesn't matter what drive I download to on my pc it all caps at 17mbps! Please help this is a very annoying issue and I don't want to wait a long time to download games, This happens on steam, ubisoft, epic games, ea and google chrome. IDK why my pc is having this issue if you have a fix please let me know!

Use the same Ethernet cable you’re using for your laptop, either the router has some sort of QOS priority setting that’s throttling your connection or the other cable you’re using for your pc is damaged.

ASROCK B450M STEEL LEGEND
2x8gb 3200mhz corsair
Gigabyte 2070 Super

That's the specs for my pc and my laptop pulls this through wireless wifi but when I use the same lan cable that my pc has my laptop still has faster download speeds, the laptop has a core I5-1235U, 16gb RAM and Geforce MX550
