Ive switched from a ryzen 7 3700x to a ryzen 9 5900x, after the switch ive gotten BSOD screens after thinking it was a bad cpu so i replaced it with the one that worked before and the BSOD happened with that one to after reinstalling windows the screen that i have shown started happened with the 9500x ram is at 3200mhs ddr4 3060ti 700watt corsair power supply and this only happened in windows and will never happen in the login screen or in the bios

Try disabling xmp profile and see if it works, if it does then manually set the ram speed to your kit’s.
