My PC is powering on but not posting, I think. At least there's no display output. I recently had to swap out my motherboard and cpu, and ever since I've had some issues with my graphics card, I think. It would be working fine, then my screen would just go black, and my monitors would say there's no connection, but the computer wouldn't shut off, and audio input and output like discord or music would keep working. Restarting would fix it, but only for a little while. Now I guess it's dead for good?

My specs are as follows

Motherboard: Asrock B450-M Pro4

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

GPU: Nvidia GTX 970

PSU: EVGA 550W

RAM: DDR4 24GB one 8gig set one 16 gig set

Storage: HDD and a sata SSD

Extra notes:

On powerup, my GPU fan and HDD spin up, but nothing else does, also my monitor will turn on, as though it got a signal, but shows no signal. After powering on the power button won't turn it off so I have to hit the power switch. My motherboard seems to not have any status LEDs and I don't hear any beeps from it, so idk about any post codes.

My only other guess is that the PSU doesn't have enough wattage for the system? This problem only started when I changed my motherboard and CPU, and my old CPU had a much lower TDP. Any help with this would be amazing, as I'd really like to avoid buying a new GPU.
