GPU upgrade (streaming wise)?

Hi so I need some help deciding if I should upgrade my GPU. Right now I have a amd 5600 XT GPU and (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X)cpu. I found a great deal on a amd 7600 GPU for 289,90 euros its a B-stock one that's been returned probably not even used, I thought that it would be an appropriate upgrade because its a fairly new graphics card and I saw that it has better encoding capabilities  compared to the one I am using right now which would be great for streaming. Ive been bouncing between a 3060, 3060 TI or the 7600 but i've always had an amd card and nvidia cards are a bit more expensive. Any opinions/suggestions?

the best performing card is the 3060 ti but if its like 50 euros or more more than the 7600 then get the 7600

Lowest price I could find for the 3060 ti was 369,00 €

I'd get the 7600 for sure then. it has the new av1 encoder and performs better than the 3060 for the same price
