Blender and GPU usage

Hi all!

 

There's something I don't understand while rendering in Blender. The graphics card goes hot, the fans spin and all, which is normal. But then how come the task manager says the GPU is at 8% capacity? And also, why does it go to 100% while using the snipping tool? Not an important question but I'm still puzzled

Try change 1 of Video Encode to show Compute instead.
