Weird GPU sound

Hello, I have Gigabyte GT 1030 (link: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1030OC-2GI#kf) and yesterday when I turned on PC it started making some weird sound. It something like a fan is rubbing on something, but i checked it, it isn't and I think it is only at lower RPM. Its temperature is ~80 °C in game (World of Tanks, GPU usage is 70 - 100%). Isn't it a bit hot when it's only 30 W card ?

 

There isn't much airflow in the case because it's an old HP pre-built (HP P6210cs) and it has CPU fan, GPU fan and one exhaust fan.

Force the fan to stop with your finger, by pressing right in the middle. It will stop, and will try to restart at some point. See if the sound goes away when fan stop or not. 
If the sound stops when the fan is stopping...  Well, you have your suspect.
