Your PSU and motherboard manuals should both tell you.

The widest cable will plug into your PSU on one end and the 24 pin connector on your motherboard(the largest one, on the right edge). This powers your motherboard and most things attached to it.

The ones marked "CPU" plug into your PSU on one end and the 8 pin sockets on the top left, these supply power to your CPU.

The connectors are keyed. As long as one doesn't use excessive force, it's not really possible to make a mistake.

The motherboard has three sockets. A 24-pin main power and two 8-pin +12V. Some PSU provide the 8-pin 12V in a break apart 4+4-pin format.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
