Hello everyone!

 

I am following the 'How to build a PC, the last guide you'll ever need!' video and attempting to build my first PC. During my pre-test I was able to get a screen telling me a new CPU was installed and I had to hit either 'Y' or 'N' to proceed and if I didn't press anything for a few seconds the computer would shut off, I was able to replicate this twice and attempting to get the actual wording on the screen now all I get is a yellow DRAM light on the motherboard then the PC powers down. I have reseated the RAM both one stick at a time and in different slots with no luck. Was the first two attempts just a fluke and the RAM is actually bad?
