Negative Air pressure

Hello, I was just wondering if 2 intakes(at the front), 1 fan exhaust(at the back) and 2 cpu liquid cooler exhaust fans(at the top) would cause any large amounts of dust gathering?

that is pretty much the standard layout in many cases.

when air flows dust does not settle but cooling fins and dust filters can accumulate and catch particles that overtime can build up

Worst case is a PC and someone who smokes as tar and nicotine leave a sticky residue on surfaces where dust can stick. For a PC that's not good as people who have their PC on the desk the front fans simply pull the smoke directly into the PC.

Large amounts of gathered dust is generally a sign of neglect and zero maintenance.

Myself I dont use any dust filter but I check my pc and clean about every 3 months.  95% of all dust dirt fluff is actually caught on the leading edge of the front case fans and i use a soft round paint brush to clean them

Are all the fans the same?

 

You can individually set the fan speeds to configure the airflow you want.

Negative vs positive pressure only matters if you have filtration on the intake fans. And if you have filters, make sure you clean them often. There's a reason workstations and other office computers usually don't have filters, because blocked airflow is worse than dust!
