Power Cycle the Router/Modem (ie) unplug the power wait a few minutes and plug it back in, wait about 5 minutes to all the lights are back on.

Take a picture of the side of you ATT Router, in the picture, include the SSID (WiFi network name) WiFi Password, and Access Code. You will need this for yourself. 

 

Boot into the ATT Routers Setup screen  by opening your browser and typing in the address bar 192.168.1.254 and pressing Enter. 

Go to the Home Network tab. Click on the WiFi tab. You will need to type in the Access Code here one time to make changes.

Confirm your SSID. Or You can change it to whatever name you want, Confirm your password. Or you can also change this by choosing Custom Password. Be sure to click the Save button under the Guest SSID, after each selection.

Did you login to the router setup?

Did you reset the password? 

What device tells you to login? (ie) computer or phone? 

Is this the only device? 

If more then one device, contact ATT support
