Windows unresponsive due to OneDrive

I sometimes have the problem that after the startup of my system both my personal and university OneDrive say that they are not logged in. My system then works for about one minute normally and then starts to look up completely. I still can move my cursor but don't get any responses when I click something. Normally a little later I then get a notification from Windows that a process stopped working and if I want to quit this process. But quitting this does not help. If I restart the same thing happens again. Until now I always had to do a system repair with my BIOS and bring my system to a previous state. But it always happens again after some time, does anyone know whats the cause of this behavior and how I can fix it?

Thank you for your help
