got my original problem fixed but my graphics card isn't recognized and everything is low fps now my card is a NVidia GeForce RTX 2060 and it physically is in the laptop but doesn't show up in device manager not even in hidden devices and whenever I try to click it it said an issue had occurred and it wont load. and the NVidia control panel doesn't even recognize it

In Device Manager, which category is your RTX 2060 showing under? Display Adapters or Other Devices? What is the device status when you open its properties?
