Probably a debug light of some sort. Look in your motherboards manual. You can go to the product page on asus's website to find it if you no longer have the physical copy.

What does this orange light mean?IMG_6027.thumb.jpeg.68dfb62b2495036f88edc36ff81b7d1d.jpeg

I've got a different motherboard but an orange light on mine means the psu isn't giving enough power, definitely worth checking in a manual for your specific mobo online, did it just show up recently or has it been there for a minute?

The manual doesn’t specify a color because the color doesn’t matter. It’s simply stating that if there is a light on in that area the motherboard is on and if there is not, the motherboard is not on.

That light is yellow which refers to dram issue. Which isn’t what this topic is about but okay.

Try taking one stick of ram out and booting the pc and see if the light turns off. Try both sticks of ram in both positions individually to see if the light will turn off. Another thing you can try is disabling xmp or expo/docp depending on if this solves the light.

Technically, even if the light is on, as long as the pc works fine it’s not always worth the headache getting the light to turn off.

Is it always on or you took the pic when it was momentarily on after you turn on/reset your PC ?

If it's always on :

I assume the  first pic you posted was taken in the same day, so what did you do before the light stuck on.

Try CMOS reset, if that doesn't work try what @TylerD321 said.
