Application usage tracking software - non-spyware

I am looking for a free/very cheap one time purchase application that tracks your usage of applications (possibly some extention that tracks how much time you spend on specific websites) so I can see how bad my time wasting has become with watching youtube and using other websites and/or playing pc games.

 

only cavate is I do not want software that sends my usage habits back to whom ever made the software to sell to advertisers which I know maybe a impossibility to find -- maybe something on github?

Looks very promising seems to work well though perhaps could be a little too engineered from a first glance ill have to test run it for a few weeks.

been 5 months since I started using this software works very well -- lots of options highly recommended if youre trying to track your application usage.
