yes but make sure all the pins go in with a *click* sound

I have one final thing that I need help with from this community. My pc is practically done but I want to make sure I did it correctly and double check the connectors to make sure its in the proper position.

This is the manual for the motherboard I am using.

https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b660-gaming-x-series_e_n.pdf

These are the pictures of the motherboard and the plugs connected.

Yes it is just make sure its 2 8 pin power plugs. It might be two 8 pins and one 6 pin. But yes those are the correct cables for powering the gpu

It looks like it has 3 8-pin pci connectors. Do I connect anothed plug into the psu to? Cause I only have 2 8-pin plugs at the moment.20230527_023521.thumb.jpg.0f711d77d1904e72b39d09baacf48eff.jpg

were there only 2 in the box with the psu? Because for it to run at its full potential it will need 3 8 pins

This pci connector has two conjoined 2 8-pin connectors.

So do I unconnect one of the 8-pin connectors and replace it with this conjoined one making it 3 8-pin connectors pluged into the gpu?

Just to make sure since I am a bit nervous. This psu is off correct. Meaning 0 = off and 1 = On. Therefore if 0 is pushed in it means its in the off position?

I'm not fully sure if it's already been said. So while everything looks good, just going to add additional info. So for the fans, I'm not sure if you are using AIO or an air cooler, but if you are using AIO or in the future, double check which fan headers are for the pump. While most mid tier and up mobo's fan headers can support regular fans and pump, that's not always the case. So just check the mobo.

The other thing, for the gpu that needs 3 8pin pcie cable, while using the two 6+2pin on one pcie cable, then another cable for the 3rd slot would work. It's still advisable to use 3 separate cable if it's available. Personally, if the PSU only has two pcie cable, what I do is use a dual 6pin to 8 pin adapter. Basically what's going to happen is to use the two main cpie cable on the gpu's 1st and 2nd 8pin slot. As for the 3rd slot, I'm going to use both the 2nd 6pin of each pcie cables and use the 6 pin to 8pin adapter(use a ziptie so it won't look so messy). The rationale of this is so that the power draw on each cable would be equal. Unlike if you only use one of the cables for two pcie slot on the gpu. I hope what I said is clear enough, as english isn't my first language.
