My PC regularly doesn't boot up. When I hit the power button all of the fans spin up and there's a beep from the motherboard that it booted yet no video output and the mouse and keyboard don't light up (USBs not working). hard resetting but that doesn't solve it, the only way I can get it to start is but removing the power cable and the CMOS battery for a while to discharge everything only after that it boots normally, this problem happens randomly but often.

P.S: I tried updating my BIOS but still the same

PC Specs.

MB: Asus Prime B350-Plus

Processor: Ryzen 5 1600 (no overclock)

GPU: GTX 1060 3GB

RAM: 2x 8GB G.Skill Aegis 2666

PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 550w

Storage 1: Crucial P3 500GB PCIe

Storage 2: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB

BIOS Version: 6042

Could be a faulty PSU, RAM, GPU CPU or Motherboard. Could be that the CPU isn't installed correctly, or that the plastic guard was not removed.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

My guess would be that it's a thermal issue. Your components may be shutting off due to experiencing high temperature. Re apply your thermal paste and make sure there is nothing between the cooler and the IHS. That could be the plastic film on the cooler head, another cover of some sort, ETC.

I try to be respectful. If I ever come off in a different manner, I probably don't mean to. If I don't help you sorry, if I do, mark my comment as the solution.
