So I upgraded my PC a few weeks ago with a new CPU, motherboard and RAM. Everything is running smoothly except for this weird startup issue that does not affect the PC in any way, however it makes me feel really bad whenever I start my PC.

This only happens in these loading screens before windows starts, and according to some google searches the reason it goes back to normal after startup is because the GPU drivers load up and fix it. If I enter the bios during startup, it looks perfectly normal and there are no more graphical issues. So this doesn't affect anything in terms of usability, it's just an annoying inconvenience that shouldn't happen.

P.S: As you can see I've already tried disabling the BIOS logo which was previously that big AORUS one but the issue still persists.
