Shadow play not working ?

So ive been messing with Shadow play for a while trying to get it to work , i reinstalled multiple times , i even tried a different twitch account , ive tried loads of settings but to no avail 

 

anyone got any ideas ? , specs are in my sig :)

i thought it was only with 700 series cards, i might be wrong. Ive never used the software.
