weird cpu usage

So ever since going to windows 11 i have this weird bug that my cpu usage isnt being correctly reported. I see the core usages individually for example at 40% orso but the overal will still say 1% bit annoying of course using an overlay from amd orso.

Is this widespread/is there a fix?
